The following is a list of low cholesterol foods. Did you know that plant foods contains no cholesterol? Foods containing cholesterol only come from animal sources, such as offal meats, eggs and dairy products. Remember that saturated fat has more of an impact on your cholesterol levels than dietary cholesterol.
